This was an opportunity for the staff to share ideas and come up with innovative ways to improve the organization’s impact. The staff also discussed how to brand the organization for more visibility especially online, which is crucial in attracting more partners and donors.
Despite the seriousness of the brainstorming sessions, the staff also had some fun moments to relax. The retreat provided an opportunity for the staff to bond and build stronger relationships, which is essential for effective teamwork.
